PSYCHODIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT: Provides clarity on what might be driving symptoms and other mental health concerns. Involves diagnostic interviews, questionnaires, and a 30-minute feedback session with evidence-based recommendations on how to reduce and manage symptoms. INDIVIDUAL THERAPY: Weekly, 55-minute therapy sessions where we collaborate on treatment goals and devise a strategy to help you achieve them as quickly as possible. DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY A higher level of care than Individual Therapy, intended to focus on behaviors that are life-threatening (self-harm/suicidality) and that reduce quality of life (substance use, impulsivity, interpersonal conflict). Involves weekly 55-minute therapy sessions + between-session availability via phone/text for additional support during times of crisis + weekly family therapy sessions (if patient is a minor).
