Logan Cummings, PhD

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

Adolescence and early adulthood are periods in a young person’s life that are full of transitions that can be both exciting and stressful. For some, these periods can be especially challenging, leading to the emergence of anxiety and mood disorders, difficulties maintaining healthy relationships, or engaging in self-destructive behaviors to regulate emotions (e.g., self-harm, substance use).

At Pivot Point Counseling, I help young people who are struggling make a pivot in the way they are navigating these stressful transitional periods. My goal is to equip adolescents and young adults with the skills they need to build meaningful relationships and a life worth living as they transition to adulthood and beyond

Whether you are new to therapy or have done this before, taking the first step is hard. The fact that you are here shows courage and a desire for change.
